So I recently upgrade my graphic card from R9 270 to RX 480 and was able to play Overwatch on epic setting fine, but for some reason, during the game, my computer sound would just shutdown and playing files like mp4 or mp3 will pop up an error message but FLV file work for some reason but still no sound.

Video streaming on Firefox work fine(still no sound though) but any streaming video site on chrome would not load, it'll just stop at where ever i left it at. So that's the gist of my issue, this is the first time I ran into this issue so any tips would help.

Also, closing browser doesn't help either, the only way to fix it for now is to reboot

Did you install the new drivers for your card? If you did, check the audio settings. Right click on the desktop and open "AMD Radeon settings", then "Preferences", then "Radeon additional settings" and then "Audio" and check what it's using as default. If need be, change the default to whichever audio device you're using.

yea my default audio device is my headset, which is shown there, it's just feel like the audio driver or some kind of video enabler crash for some reason because not only can I not hear any sound but I can't play any mp3 or mp4 files in my desktop

Check that the drivers for your audio are all installed correctly, easiest way is go to device manager and expand "sound, video and game controllers" make sure Realtek (or whatever you have) is all installed correctly.

it show Realtek there, nothing abnormal, latest version too
