I just bought a second hand MSI RX 580 8G thinking it was and OC edition but turned out to be miner edition and it had only DVI output port and I haven't tasted my card yet since i still have some parts left for my build But im sure the card works. So my first questions are

1: Can I use it for gaming and video editing(mostly)?
2: Can I put the extra ports taking it to professionals since there are slots for display port and Hdmi port and is identical to OC edition?
3: Should I flash the BIOS?

Check Linus Tech Tips videos. He did one where he used a mining card as a game accelerator, but he had to route the output to the onboard video out somehow. I forget how he did it, but it worked.
I would return that and get a normal RX 580, paying someone to add ports to that would be silly, would cost more than just buying a new card. If you still want to keep it for whatever reason, yes you may be able to flash a normal BIOS to it, but that is not guaranteed to work and could brick the card. All the more reason to get a standard video card not setup for mining.
