MSI RX460 wont draw more than 45w

I use AMD mobile application to monitor it and GPU wont draw more than 45w.
Model of my GPU is MSI RX460 2GB OC.
Is this ok?

What are you doing at the point your got a reading?

The TDP is 75W for a stock 460, some will draw up to 90W IIRC..... but it won't pull that 100% of the time, it's as needed.

So is your card using <45w or 79.9w? Was the 79.9w sustained or just a spike?

These are 2 different cards.
The one that uses 79.9w used it constantly while playing dying light.
