MSI RX580 8gb TV static

Hi guys ,
I recently bought an RX 580 and although it seems to run fine most of the time I get random 3 second display losses where the monitor switches to TV static and then switched back to windows .

This happens even on less intensive applications like when browsing or watching a video .

I would say this happens 3 times per day.

CPU is an i5 4590 and psu is a 650w .

Currently plugged in using DVI

Any help is appreciated .

Are you using a monitor or TV? What is the monitor/TV's brand and model? Have you tried connecting via HDMI?
