MSI SLI Bridge on ASUS Maximus VIII Ranger?

The title pretty much explains it, I'm going to buy ASUS Maximus VIII Ranger and 2 MSI GTX 960's (the four gig ones), so will Msi's fancy looking twin frozr themed sli bridge work on this motherboard? In MSI's website its stated that their sli bridge would work on gpus that are in 1st and 4th PCIe slots but i see that this motherboard's layout is a little bit different, so will it work?

as long a the slot distance is the same or matches

like showen from here 40mm [short ] or 60mm [long]

if the slots/cards sli tabs are centered at 40mm and the sli bridge tab ports is centered at 40mm and so on as that compatibility is universal

so if the msi bridge is a 40mm and the asus takes a 60mm its a no go

if a 60mm flex ribbon sli bridge then it will do 40mm as well

The thing is I could not find that information on ASUS website (if it is 40mm or 60mm)
And this is the SLI bridge i'm talking about https://gaming.msi.com/products/graphics-card/sli-bridge , here it says 60mm-1st and 4th slots-

ya that's not put out in a spec or anything , but you may look up that board and find it or that info reported from guys talking it up ??

hang on here maybe a toms guy with that board will chime in and tell you what ones it takes

you would think asus would of gave a chart to match there boards with there bridges to make it easy on folks ??
