Question MSI smart fan mode

So, I just found this "smart fan mode" in the BIOS, since default speeds weren't so good, I changed them.
CPU 1:
20°C/68°F 30%
50°C/122°F 50%
65°C/149°F 70%
80°C/176°F 100%
System fans:
30°C/86°F 7.20V
48°C/118°F 9.00V
60°C/140°F 10.32V
80°C/176°F 11.16V
Is this good?
