[SOLVED] MSI tomahawk b350 with AMD ryzen 5 1600 and Corsair vengeance 16 gb ram at 3200 mhz

Yes I have an MSI tomahawk b350 motherboard with an AMD ryzen 5 1600 and I have two Corsair vengeance 8 gigabyte ram sticks at 3200 MHz I have updated to the latest bios from MSI and it's still only reading 2133 megahertz I thought that the latest bios update would fix this motherboard so they wouldn't be able to give you full speed of the ram also have an RX 580 GPU that I'm having issues with it works fine when windows bpots up but once windows is done booting the fans on the GPU shut off and when I try to install driver's for the GPU desktop freezes up when I try to play any games or videos on YouTube I get that fuzzy bug fits screen and desktop restarts it's self I noticed there is a switch on the GPU does it need to be to the left or right it's a power color red dragon Rx 580 4gb oc eddection I hope someone can help me with my issues

BIOS is not going to set them at higher speed by itself, you have to enable XMP or DOCP manually in the BIOS.
