MSI vs ASUS Radeon 6450 HD

Hello, I have a Dell Optiplex 790 SFF with a 240 watt PSU. Should I go with a ASUS with passive cooling or the MSI with a built in fan? Will the MSI put more strain on the PSU because of the fan using more watts than the fanless ASUS? Or will the ASUS be fine for playing games and not overheat in the SFF case?

The fan's electrical load will be minimal and could help keep the system running at safe temps. SFF systems can get very warm, especially when adding GPUs like you are planning to.
