most likely no.. most times they blame that on end user abuse .. remember ''its everybody's fault but there own'' .

never know, you may catch a nice guy having a good day and lets it slide ??

all you can do is make the necessary inquires and se how it goes . you may get lucky

''6-MSI reserves the rights to rejects any RMA returns that¡¦s are been physical damaged, missing/bent pins, burn, cracked, or other damages due to abuse.''

Even though it was damaged out of the box?

your word against theres , theres holds more water then yours .. the ball is in there court

I had also purchased it from Staples because I work there and i got a great price on it and i can't do an exchange there because they are claiming that it was discontinued and is out of stock online but I seriously dought this is true

in other words they [staples] nicely washed there hands of it ...

heres how it can work

you contact them do the e-mail run around with them - they say send it in -you do - [most likely at all your cost ] they get back to you with the end user abuse thing and not covered ,but for a large fee + more shipping they will repair it or just send you a refurbished board that was some ones else's junk and hope your satisfied and works .. or if you refuse they will just mail back your old board as is [if not damaged more then you sent it in as ]

when its all said and done it may of been cheaper to just go to newegg and buy another new first quality board if your home repairs fixing the pins did not work out ..

sorry to have to put it that way but.....

all you can do is the best you can as you go along on that -

Well all in all the board only cost me $50 brand new ill just get my refund if need be because I'm still under staples return policy

Well I fixed it i bent them back into place and it wasn't $50 to start with I get a Associate Discount and I had a bunch of coupons to use its original price was $100

In the future, if you buy at a store - open it there and examine the socket along with a salesperson or staff member- if buying and having shipped to you - video opening the box, the mobo box and examining the mobo and in particular the CPU socket - same if AMD with their CPUs and APUs - check the pins while taping/recording
