Question MSI white LED CPU light on

Any help would be welcome, i putting this build together, i power up and no boot up sounds and LED light for CPU is on, ive took the build apart and back together, no bend pins.

when i switch it on there is no display, white LED for CPU is on soild. fans are turning and i can hear the SSD turning

MB: MSI MPG Z390 GAMING PRO CARBON AC Intel LGA1151 Z390 Motherboard ATX

CPU: Intel CORE I5-9600K 3.7 GHZ SKT1151 9MB CACHE

SSD: Seagate ST2000DM008 Internal Hard Drive - 2 TB - silver

RAM: HyperX HX432C16PB3K2/16 Predator DDR4 16 GB (Kit 2 x 8 GB), 3200 MHz CL16 DIMM XMP
POWER: Artic 750W Black ATX Gaming PC 6+2Pin PCIe PSU Power Supply 120mm Blue

also i cleared CMOS by taking out the battery and waited a bit before putting it back in

Ok, so i got it working somehow, not sure how. Then i installed windows 10, no problem. It was getting late so i turned pc off for the night. Got up this morning no boot up and cpu led is back on. Windows 10 booted up a few times while installing last night and was working great. I just dont get how this morning i cant boot it up again

Any suggests would be welcome

Update, got working again, unsure how again. Installed update for windows. Screen started to go funny a few times after all the downloads. Then switching off but pc was still running but no display and all leds were clearer, restarted pc and cpu light is back on with no display

What is your CPU Cooler and is it properly installed? Too much pressure on a CPU can cause this kind of issue.

Cooler Master Hyper 212 evo, i did have it on probably but took it a part. now its just resting on the cpu, but pc was working while it was resting so dont think thats the problem. I don't understand why it wont work most the day yet for a hour its fine. Ive took it apart and back together still no joy.
