So I've been using this build: https://pcpartpicker.com/user/C1101110001100/saved/LTLf8d
CPU: AMD - Ryzen 5 1400 3.2GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI - B350 TOMAHAWK ATX AM4 Motherboard
RAM: Crucial - Ballistix Sport LT 8GB (1 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
Storage: Toshiba - P300 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Graphics Card: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4GB SC GAMING ACX 2.0 Video Card

and on I can't even get into the bios screen.
It looks like everything is powering up properly. all the fans are turning on, and my monitor seems to know that something is connect, it's just not displaying anything.

I've tried to resetting CMOS,
trying to have a windows 10 usb import flash drive plugged in,
Turning it on with the DVD the motherboard came with in the cd drive.
Double checking the wiring.

I also tried to see if it was the RAM or something, so i removed my RAM for one try, and both the CPU and RAM light turn on. The RAM one is expected of course, it's not there. So maybe it's my CPU? But when the RAM's in its just the boot light that stays on.

This is also my first actual build, so if there's anything left out I apologize.

Sometimes the CPU led lights up if there are problems with memory (my experience).

I recommend that you make sure that your ram stick is on the DIMMA2 (The second one from left to right) and if that doesn't work try taking the components out of the case and just and put the motherboard on it's box and just test it with only gpu, cpu+heatsink and ram connected.

Unfortunately not. Right now I’m trying to take my computer to local shops and see if they can test my parts. But so far I haven’t gotten lucky finding a place that even can.
