Question Msi x570 24v and 7v psu

hello, my mainboard shows very high voltages that are delivered by the psu, as I show in the image, but the strange thing is that the pc works normal, except for certain moments where the processor lowers its frequency and there are high temperatures, all the components they are new, could you please help me.
mb: msix570 gamimg plus
psu: thermaltake smart bx1 750 bronze
cpu: 3600x
