[SOLVED] MSI X570 Tomahawk 1st PCIe slot x16 vs 3rd PCIe slot (x16 or x4)

I would like to know if I can put my gpu (3060Ti) with any problems into 3rd PCIe slot.
On the picture you can see mobo manual. Actually it says the 3rd slot is x16 and x4 at the same time. So what it is? I dont know.
