So things have been running fine since I completed the build earlier this week. I didn't like the on-board audio, so I decided to install my ASUS SXT card today. After the install and I booted up, I now have no video signal. I've already completed the following troubleshooting steps multiple times with no success... (with regular reboots and disconnecting all power)
Cleared the CMOS
Reseated the GPU
Tried a different PCIe slot. (GPU)
Removed the sound card.
Tried DVI and HDMI.
Flipped the BIOS switch to another BIOS.
Verified everything has power.

I've noticed that I no longer have a CMOS status light on the I/O panel. I believe it was solid blue before. On my ASUS Maximus Extreme, I had to hold it in for 10 secs. Not sure if that holds true here, but I tried it and no change.
The mobo status switches quickly from 60, 61, 65, 55, then stays on 04 for about five seconds before cycling through again.

My next step is to try an old GTX570. I can't try different RAM since all my spares are DDR3.

Anyway....any help/suggestion is appreciated.

Solution
Process of elimination. Connect your monitor to a working PC to verify it works. Try your old gtx 570 to see if it works with your motherboard. Try connecting your current GPU to another working computer to verify that it works. Kind of a pain but it's all you can do if none of the things you have tried works. I just had this happen to me, after taking my GPU out to re-apply my thermal paste to my CPU waterblock. Turns out that somehow during my messing with it the PCI slots went bad. Had to get a new motherboard which I just received on Friday. All is well now.

Hope you get it figured out.
