MSI x99A gaming 7 motherboard 100% CPU_FAN voltage question

Does anyone by chance know where to check the CPU_Fan voltage on the MSI x99A gaming 7 motherboard BIOS and how to change it to 100%

your fan voltage will be the standard 5v. unless you place a resistor between the header and the fan, most of these take the voltage down to 3.3. how to change the fan curve is found in the "hardware monitor" part of the bios. there you can adjust the fan speed through PWM, rather than lower voltage. I'd suggest tinkering with it until you get a good combo of noise of cooling, that you can live with.
