So I recently built my computer with an experienced friend and then we tried to start it but the debug lights were flashing on the CPU and DRam. We then tried to connect the monitor but nothing showed up and so we moved stuff around and we finally got screen input. We also took out 2 ram sticks and it showed up and so we tried to set the bored to allow/ recognise that there is 4 ram sticks but didn't know how. So if anyone can help me out I would be greatly appreciated
My ram is G.Skills Ripjaws 4 16gb (4x4gb) 3200mhz

Solution
What is your motherboard?

Likely, you made a mistake buying a 4 x 4gb ram kit instead of the more normal 2 x 8gb kit.
I assume you bought a kit of 4. Otherwise your problem is mismatched ran.

The default voltage is 1.2v when running at 2133 or 2400 speed.
Set the ram to 2133, with two sticks installed.
Increase the voltage from 1.2v to a higher number; say 1.25v. the ram should be capable of running at 1.35v.
Then install the remaining two sticks and see if you get into bios.

Test your final configuration with memtest86+. You should make at least one full pass with NO errors.
