MSI Z170A Debug 62/ No display found

I have a new build PC and I have ran into an issue where the display is not found, I noticed I have a Debug error 62 I have followed numerous links and tried to figure it out and Debug it myself I have read the manual and I have rebuilt twice. Everything lights up and fans work no issues but it still has Debug code 62 and no display found.

My PC is :

MSI Z170A M7
MSI GTX 1070
Intel i5 7600k LGA 1151
Corsair 750 PSU
Corsair Vengance DDR4 3000 2X 8gb
HDD 1TB
Corsair H110i

The board needs a BIOS update for supporting the kaby. As options: returning the board and replacing it with a 270 one, or looking for help at a local pc repair shop.
