I am having some issues booting up my PC. I've recently built it in October so it's fairy new. There hasn't been any overclocking done and I've only used it for gaming, digital drawing, web browsing so nothing too intensive. I've recently tried to turn it on and I've noticed that it wouldn't boot. I'm not getting the MSI splash screen and I would get the debug code A0 which I believe is the on-board device initialization and detection according to the manual. It would just sit there with a blank screen. I was thinking that maybe the motherboard died but I wanted a second pair of eyes to see if I missed anything.

I've done some general troubleshooting:

  • ■removed the ram sticks and I've gotten a A2 debug code
■removed the graphics card, got the A2 debug code
■removed the hard drives, gotten the A2 debug code, tested both hard drives on another PC
■reset via button CMOS and removed the coin battery

Specs:
Z170A Titanium
GTX 1070 GV-N1070G1
i7-6700k Skylake
G.Skill 32GB DDR4

EVGA 750W Gold
SSD 500GB
2TB WD

I am water cooling the processor and graphics card in a single loop. I've checked for leaks and there is no leakage.

I've tried with another monitor as well and I've also tried using hdmi vs DP cables. Although I do get a signal, there's no display, I've hooked up both monitors to a PS4 and they work just fine

When I do it that way, I get verbiage stating that I need to attach power cables to the video/graphics card. In addition, if I try to boot up while hitting the del key to try and enter into the bios, I get "Entering Setup" on the left hand corner and it's been sitting there for 15 or so mins
