I'm looking to see if my current hardware will support the new 2080Ti

Intel i7-7700K 3.6GHz,
NVIDIA GTX 1070 Ti ,
32GB RAM,
3TB HDD,
500GB SSD,
WiFi,
Win10

You need to look at the RTX 2080Ti's specifications - there should be a listing of the supporting hardware requirements.

And do not forget to look at power/wattage requirements. Ensure that your PSU can support the existing components plus the RTX 2080Ti.
