msi z270a pro problem?

My pc is a new build. The problem i'm having is that there seems to be no power going into the motherboard at all. It lit up once and the EZ debug LED's flashed like crazy and no fans spinning. So I turn it off and sort the fans out and now It won't power up at all. I have checked every cable over and over again, removed everything from the case and installed it again. If I only connect the 24 pin power cable and the cpu power cable, still nothing happens. How can I check if my motherboard is fried or if it's my psu.

Limit the build to CPU+mobo+one stick of ram+PSU. If that does nothing, next step is to test it with another PSU that is known to work.

Hi, I have the same problem, I already test with another power supply and I still have the same problem. Nothing turn on, not even the EZ Debug light. Any suggestions?
