[SOLVED] MSI Z370M will not recognise my Hard Drive

Hi Guys

I recently built a new rig using a msi z370m motherboard everything is working well apart from it not recognising one of my hard drives.
I have 2 solid state hard drives and one regular one, the 2 SSD's show up fine but the regular one doesn't, the connections inside are fine and the drive is in good health so does anybody have any ideas on how to get it to show up or why it isn't?

sorry I have the Mortar version (I'm pretty basic with technical stuff)

Depending on the drives you have attached and where, some SATA ports will be disabled.

1st - which motherboard? MSI Z370M Mortar , MSI Z370M Gaming Pro AC ?
2nd - do you have any M.2 drives installed? What model? In which M.2 slot?
