Question MSI Z390A Pro, CPU overheating Warning show 126 degree, bios CPU Fan showing 0 RPM still running, RAM stuck at 800 Mhz

I owned MSI Z390-A Pro Motherboard, it shows High CPU temp 126° at Bios Page along with overheating warning, CPU Fan RPM showing 0 although fan is spinning at full speed, voltage showing 24 volt where 12 volt required, 10 volt where 5v requires, trying to bios flash, cannot switch to M-flash, stuck in boot loop, ram is stuck at 800 mhz.

Waiting for resolution for this problem, please share resolution if any one come across with this problem.

What are you using to cool the processor?

I owned MSI Z390-A Pro Motherboard
One other thing, you have BIOS updates pending;

Flash the BIOS to the latest, clear the CMOS and then see if the issue persists.

I am Using the stock cooler, that's come with the processor, flashing the BIOS is not possible, as M-Flash page is not opened, which we choose to update BIOS via M-Flash, the system goes into START STOP Loop, then after clearing CMOS it backs to default setting, still other issues as above mentioned are persists even after clearing CMOS.

Tried new Power supply also same results, presently using Cooler Master 650 watts, in perfect condition.

How did the problem show up and when? If it started doing that all of a sudden and replacing the PSU didn't change anything, then I am sorry but no BIOS update will fix that (if you don't change anything, motherboards don't stop working because the BIOS is not up to date). You might have to replace the motherboard.
