I had some water spill into the top of my desktop tower while it was on, and after turning it off, taking everything apart and drying it off its unable to start up again. I switched out my GPU to make sure that's not the issue, and now every time I turn on the computer I get no display (although I did get "preparing automatic repair" once , although a few seconds later this changed to black and never changed back) and the motherboard debug CPU light is lit up white. I've tried resetting the motherboard CMOS, but that hasn't done anything either. I assume the water must have fried something, but is there any way I can tell if it's the motherboard that needs to be replaced or just the CPU?
