which one lasts longer and is easier to live with. will be using it along i7 3770k with hd4000 and 250gb wd velociraptor 4GB ddr3 and a corsair power supply thx in advance
p.s only wanna spend £110 max on a board also open to other boards aswell

Of those two the Asus, won't touch MSI due to poor QC, another option that should be in that price range is the ASRock Z77 Extreme 4, best Z77 I've found, and have about 70 Z77 builds thus far 😉 )
