MSI Z97-Gaming 5 or ASrock z97x Killer

I plan on building a gaming PC soon and was stuck between these two mobos.

I can get them both for the same exact price so I was wondering which I should go for.

I also plan on doing 2-way GTX 770 SLI

ASRock offer great prices and exceptional products, highly recommend that board. I reckon the ASRock not only looks better, it's 8 Phase Power design (same as MSI) is great for CPU OC, the advantage to the ASRock is the better quality VRM and VRU heatsinks, making it even better for OC.
