MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition vs MSI Z97-G45 Gaming

Hey guys, Im wondering which board would be better in performance as when it comes to motherboards. I really wouldn't know much information. Im trying to get a black/white build but if the other board is better than the krait edition one. Then i would get the G45. Im planning on getting a gigabyte gtx 970 if i go black/white theme. If not, then ill pick up an msi gtx 970. Sorry if it sounds confusing.

The Z97S is just more bare bones than the G45. The G45 comes with features like better on-board audio, better Ethernet controller, convenient fan accommodation, and a more modern PCIe setup. The Z97S has two old PCI slots but the G45 replaces them with a third PCIe x16 and a fourth PCIe x1. They will probably show no significant "performance" difference in games, you just want to pick the one with the more features that you want integrated.

If you planning to case modding,you should go MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition,but that have less feature than MSI Z97-G45 Gaming.I would go MSI Z97-G45 Gaming more feature than MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition.

MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition is less feature than MSI Z97-G45 Gaming,but this board is best to modding case I think.Just for the price and feature,I would choose MSI Z97-G45 Gaming.For modding case,I would choose MSI Z97S SLI Krait Edition.
