Question MSInfo can't collect information

I use to play Overwatch alot but one day i could download a update for it, i've sent support tickets to blizzard and they told me to send them something about msinfo, but when i tried it said it can't collect information and they said i needed to fix that, but i have no idea how, I have windows 10. If you need any information please ask

press win + R keys on keyboard
type in msinfo32
click on file -> export
here type any name u want
then upload that file to them
