Msn messenger restore contacts

one more time ! I somehow had my messenger account closed. I reactivated it and all my contacts are gone. Ive done the tools, options, privacy and there are no contacts there. Am I toast ? thanks.

MSN Messenger was replaced with Windows Live Messenger several years back.
