multi core freezes my computer, what can i do?

Hi guys i have a question, i have a laptop toshiba, but suddenly my laptop started to freeze, and i noticed that when i disable multi core processing, my laptop runs normaly and doesnt freeze.. what can be the problem? temperature? frecuency?

i cant even watch videos on youtube with multi core enable.. it freezes and i have to shut it down :S

@muthu babu nope i didnt find it :/ it keep freezing, i had to buy a new laptop cuz i couldnt even play with that one
