Multiple accounts for a common computer

Need a solution for multiple users in windows 10. Whenever a new user comes. He/She types the Name, user details at the login screen and a new user gets created.
Now he/she can use this to login to this account.
After their work, they logout and next time when they come, they can use this account.
This is for a common computer.

Almost, but not quite that easy.
That requires an Administrator account to create a new one. And you do NOT give your standard users admin privs.

So someone with an Administrator account needs to create that new standard user account.
