Multiple BSOD messages

I've recently been having BSOD messages show up within a span of maybe an hour, they range from

PFN List corrupt
Memory Management
Critical process died
Page fault in non paged area

I dont know about computers so i don't know what else to put that can be useful. I haven't had my pc for 3 weeks yet so i would appreciate all the help i can get. I ran the memory diagnostic tool because i read that it could be a problem with my Ram (Corsair vengeance lpx 2x8gb ddr4 2400) and after it finished it showed

'Your PC/Device needs to be repaired
An unexpected error has occurred
Error code : 0x0000017
You'll need to use a recovery tool. If you don't have any installation media(like a disc or usb device), contact your PC administrator or PC/Device manufacturer

Try creating a USB using the free version of memtest86 and booting PC using it. Test 1 stick at a time, you don't want to find any errors as the perfect score is 0. If you get any errors the stick needs to be replaced.

Good chance you get errors as it not being able to make a ram disk makes me think something wrong with ram. Just looking at the BSOD you listed made me think its either ram or hdd as they all data errors.
