then I suggest you format your USB drive and reinstall windows 10 on it. IT could have malware that is propagating itself unto your drive during the install
so reformat usb, reformat HDD, reinstall on usb fresh download copy of windows 10, then install on HDD.

i've tried to 2 diferent usb drives wouldn't it be almost impossible for both to be infected?

Update: sent mobo, cpu and old ram to RMA, the old ram was fault as i thought and also a fault cpu and mobo was fine to my suprise, is it possible to get those kind of bsods with a fault cpu?

bad cpu can modify almost anything. intel has a cpu dianostics program that can be run. it is pretty hard to tell if the problem is in the cpu, motherboard, bios or drivers as they all must work together.

(if you ship it back, certain components are eaiser for them to return, (ram and cpu) so they might get the blame when in fact it could be the motherboard or drivers) Just be happy you get the return and hopefully it will fix the issue.
after hitting you head on problems you start to distrust every component.

I remember i used that Intel diag tool and found no errors, but from the report i got from the rma was that they tested everything and only found problems in the cpu and ram and sent them to brand to replace. The Motherboard they found nothing and already shipped it back to me, lets see what happens when all come back. Thanks for your help

RAM tends to have about a 6% failure rate
never could find out the failure rates for CPUs

failure rates and return rates hard hard to find.
