i don't think you can, as win 10 matches itself to the PC its installed on, so unless the other pc have exact same parts, its not going to work. It probably deactivate windows as well but that is least of your problems

it is "possible" to setup windows to go (W2G) on a USB drive See Here however, i have yet (and not for lack of trying) been able to actually get a machine to boot with a W2G setup. You might want to do your own reading on this as there are a couple methods for doing this and one way might work better for you than another.
