Hello all! Thanks in advance for any suggestions you have....
So I turned off my computer in order to put new RAM in. I moved the two existing to the second slots and added my new RAM. When I turned on my computer Windows 8 was giving me fits.
The first time I tried to start it I got error code: 0xc0000098 and told me that file: msrpc.sys was missing.
The second time I tried to start and repair the error code given was: 0xc000000f and file: \Windows\system32\winload.exe missing.
I have tried the automatic repair on the disk provided, I have tried a system restore to multiple dates, and have tried to reformat completely (got a message when putting in my Product Key that it was already used).
I also tried chkdsk \r and it said that it could not repair the disk type.
I know this is a bunch thrown out in poor format, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks.
