Question Is this $650 laptop a good deal?

I found an Acer aspire 14 AI (A14-51GM-57BP) for about USD$650 with the Intel core I5 13420H and the RTX 2050. It already has 16GB of DDR5 RAM and 512GB of storage. Is this a good deal or is there another better laptop? I don't want gaming - focused laptop.
