Multiple errors in Windows 10 Home

Hey everyone,
Since 3 weeks im having a lot of problems with my windows 10 home.
- Everyday i need to shutdown my pc because Windows Explorer doesnt work. Like when i click in windows button it doesnt open. I try to reboot it at task manager or shutdown and start it again, i did some stuff that saw on web but nothing worked and the only solution is to SHUTDOWN and Start again, if i Restart it doesnt work, only shutting it down.
- Another problem, is my internet is connected by ethernet to my pc and it happened 3 times that it didnt work. But if i restart it comes working again and i be like (???) .

Shall i reinstall windows 10 ?
I want to get Windows 10 Pro, Will it be better if i install it ?
Is there any solution to this instead reinstalling windows ?
Btw, is this a common problem at Ryzen Processors ?
You can see my specs in my profile but i resume:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1600
GPU: Zotac 1050ti 4GB
RAM: Crucial Ballistix 8GB (2x4GB)
Windows 10 Home 64bit

Did you do a clean install of windows, not put a hdd with an OS on it into this?

I do not have HDD, I only have an SSD with everything in it. I bought my pc without OS, only with the components and at home i installed Windows 10.
