Question Multiple GPU mining rig question, can’t get all cards to mine.

I have multiple GPUs on a mining rig, 4 right now. Only 2 will mine currently. If I swap some in and out no matter what only two will mine at same time. Help!!

Make and model GPU's?

Include PSU: make, model, wattage, age, condition?

How is the number of "mining" GPUs being determined?
