This morning was unusual. I started my PC then I noticed the monitor was turning on and off and eventually froze and restarted. I checked the reliability history and below I have attached a picture.
Reliability History

Here are additional codes of the individual issues. I wont post the same code over.
Code 141
Code 144
Code 119

Below is the information about my PC

Ryzen 5 3600 (2 1/2 years old)
ASUS B550m-a Plus (2 1/2 years old)
Corsair DDR4 3200mhz (2 1/2 years old)
ASUS RTX 3060 12gb OC (8 months old)
Samsung EVO 1tb (8months old)(OS installed here)
RM650x PSU (2 1/2 years old)
ASUS TUF VG27wq1b 1440p monitor (8 months old)

I have the latest GPU drivers.
I havent had this issue before so Im not sure what to think of it. I also dont have a second PC to test any of the hardware. Maybe I should reinstall the GPU drivers?
Additionally I have checked all the error codes and they all started when I installed my new GPU. They are mostly the same codes of 141, 144, and the occasional 117. There are also a few other unexpected shutdowns. Either way I really dont know what to make of this.

You might want to try a pass of this and then install the gpu drivers.

Hey thanks! I actually posted the same thread on Reddit and someone suggested doing a DISM, SFC, and DDU. I did the first two and corrupted files were fixed. I then did the DDU and noticed actual changes. I have always been really hesitant on performing a DDU simply because im paranoid of screwing something up. Today however, I mustered the courage to do it lol. So prior to the DDU, my PC would boot up and enter the sign in screen where the screen would typically turn off for a brief second and then back on. That became normal. After the DDU it didnt do that which was the first time I have seen that before upgrading my GPU. Obviously Ill have to wait and see how it plays out but as of right now, it is fine. The weird thing is that I have received a ton of mixed answers in regards to DDU in the past. Some say you should and some say it isnt necessary. Im just not experienced enough to know which is best. I appreciate your help.

DDU cannot screw up hardware. All it does is remove all traces of any previously installed graphics drivers. IMO
when you're having graphics problems, using DDU to ensure that all traces of earlier drivers are gone, before installing the latest driver, is an essential troubleshooting component.

I was told I have to run in safe mode, have the internet disconnected, etc... coming from the early 2000s, Im still also very cautious about viruses (obviously now things are much safer but it still is something that I remember being a real issue back in the day which still haunts me lol).

You can do all that when using DDU, but IMO its not necessary.

You're wise to be cautious of malware, but most infections now happen through user carelessness. IMO any software tool that's recommended by users on here with a decent reputation can be considered safe. If anyone did recommend a potentially dangerous or unknown tool, plenty of experienced users would quickly warn you against it.
