Just as covid started, work allowed me to wfh, and it still looks like i won't be returning anytime soon.
all this time i have been using a samsung g7 monitor and a 1080p aoc monitor (verticle).
As an upgrade, i purchased 4 qhd 27" monitors and mounted them verticly on a single row side by side.
For work, this setup has been absolutely outstanding. where before i was toggling windows, trying to find the right one, i now have enough desktop real estate for everything to be immediately available when needed.
BUT....
for gaming it sucks. yes, in windowed mode i can drag it across multiple monitors. but i am looking for a setting or software solution that enables me to have all 4 monitors accessed as a single 10240x1440 monitor. (2560*4 x 1440).
i know to an absolute certainty this was possible in either win7 or 8, but i can't find anything now in 11 and googling just gives me the same noob stuff about adding a 2nd monitor.
