Multiple monitors, will it work?

So soon I will be making my own computer. And my problem is pretty simple. If I buy a graphics card with 2 hdmi port and get a splitter for one, will it be able to support all three monitors? I don't plan on stretching a game across all three monitors but I want all three to look crisp using one card. Will it run slow? Will it look choppy? Thanks

it will be able to support 3 screens then. you dosnt specify what gpu you have so i cant tell if is going to run on low fps or at 60fps and look beatiful

Right now I'm looking at the NVIDIA GeForce GTX 750Ti 2GB GDDR5 PCIe 3.0 x16 Video Card
