I started with this :
- Changed the PSU from "AEROCOOL LUX 550W 80 PLUS BRONZE" to "MAG A650BN".
- Cleaned the PC and changed the thermal paste. Re-pluged all the cables.
- Stress test the CPU"Cinebench23" - GPU/CPU/Drive"Aida64" - RAM"Memtest86" = No crashes and all test went okey.
- Fresh install Windows 11.
- Updated to the latest GPU and Chipset drivers
- Updated the Bios to the latest non-Beta version and loaded the optimized default setting (only changed the CPU+Case's Fan curves)
