Multiple Raid Arrays

Okay so here is the question: I have two 320 gig hard drives that i just retrieved from some old rigs and I also picked up a 250 gig hard drive that I had laying around. Currently I have everything running on a 500 gb WD Blue. I want to set up two separate raid arrays. One as a jbod the 500 gig hdd i have in now and the 250 gig hard drive. The second I want a Raid 0 with the two identical 320 gig hard drives. Is this possible???

Yes, you can have multiple RAID arrays with any RAID levels that your motherboard supports; most motherboards don't support JBOD; if yours does then you won't have any issues.
