Question multiple .sdb files being created, is it by windows?

Since Windows 1903 upgrade each day I find files with sdb extention in my downloads folder, right now Im assuming its to with Windows. eg 26_07_2019_07_21_20.sdb

I installed sqlite to see the contents but it I dont really know how to interpret the information

In your file: Most of the tables are empty, but some contain entries related to Microsoft Edge. Googling does not give enough info, though. I got 1903 installed on several laptops and desktops, but have yet to see anything strange.
