Multiple sound bars on 1 tv?

I have a Samsung TV with a Samsung hwf 750 2.1 tube amp soundbar - with wireless subwoofer hooked up with an optical cable. Works great! I'd like to get another one and hook it up also running both simultaneously. Can I leave this one hooked up with the optical cable, and hook up the second system with an HDMI cable, and run them at the same time from my TV. Not interested in surround sound just more power. They would be both 2.1 putting the 2nd satellite speaker bar above the TV, while the current one is below the tv for front-facing sound. Thinking about putting the subwoofers in two different locations, as they are Wireless. Would I be able to hook it up that way? One to the optical cable now, and 1 to the HDMI cable?

If your primary 2.1 is hooked up via optical, why not just use a splitter to connect your secondary? I have a similar setup, necessitated by space constraints (and the fact that my initial 2.1 is a decent bit of tech, and I see no reason to part with it). I moved around the Bluetooth subwoofer from my primary 2.1 until I found as sweet a spot in my place as I'm going to get, then used the Sub Out connection on my secondary sound bar to hardwire the second subwoofer. I chose to connect via Y-cable, but some opt to simply connect using speaker wire.

Sure, there are way more sophisticated options out there, but this setup works for me in terms of both budget and living space.

Using an optical splitter, as suggested, is the best way to go. There may be a pairing issue with two wireless subs trying to link to two soundbars at the same time.
You may not notice much of an increase in "power". The second subwoofer if positioned correctly will give you smoother bass and a 3db addition in volume.
