I was thinking of getting another SSD for my PC, but does my motherboard (ASUS ROG STRIX B350-F Gaming) support this. I am already using the M.2 slot, and was wondering if it was possible to get another SSD>

It seems to have 2x M.2 ports.

1 x M.2 Socket 3, with M key, type 2242/2260/2280/22110 storage devices support (SATA & PCIE 3.0 x 4 mode)*5
1 x M.2 Socket 3, with M key, type 2242/2260/2280/22110 storage devices support (SATA & PCIE 3.0 x 2 mode)*6

But one of them is only PCIe 4.0 x2. So any current M.2 drive will be significantly "slower".

But you could add several SATA III SSDs. Depending on what you use it for, you'd never notice the difference.

Weird. On the summary page for that mobo, it says one. Specs says/implies something else. I only see one on the manual's motherboard layout diagram (unless on underside of the motherboard, or I am blind).

USAFRet's comment regarding SATA SSDs is spot on. Lots of options there and you'll see no appreciable performance difference from a user perspective (compared to your current M.2 SSD).
