Question Multiple USB ports quitting after streaming to Discord ?

I had just installed a brand new 3060 Ventus OC 3x, and while playing Escape From Tarkov, I decided to stream to my discord server. Right after this happened I heard the windows USB removal noise multiple times and then 2 case usb ports and 4 motherboard usb ports quit working and still do not work after a restart.


PC Parts:

MB: MSI B550 A-Pro

CPU: Ryzen 7 3700x

GPU: RTX 3060 Ventus OC 3x

PSU: EVGA 700B

How old is the PSU in your build? As for your build, what GPU were you working with prior to dropping in the RTX 3060? On a side note, did you use DDU to remove all GPU drivers before you reinstalled said GPU driver(with the latest sourced from Nvidia's support site) in an elevated command? Try reinstalling your chipset drivers, in an elevated command.
