Multiple Users From a Single Tower

Is there any way to have a setup where there is one central server with a lot of ram and CPU and GPU power to run multiple instances of windows computers only to multiple monitor and keyboards to act as individual PCs? If so what would be the absolute best way to make a setup like this happen for a situation where there are 3-4 users playing a game on separate machines run off of one central tower? I.E. separate screens mice and keyboards.

That requires a huge system, more expensive than individual ones.
And far, far more hassle to setup and keep running.

Assuming you mean Active Domain, you need individual workstations to connect to a single server, in which case could be a cheap computer with Windows Server installed and Active Domain set up.

Assuming you watched 7 gamers 1 CPU and you want to set it up, look at the above video again then you can realize that you still need a cheap computer to connect to the unRAID VM as a KVM and then output the video to your monitor.
