MW3 Strict NAT Help! WHR54G

Hi guys
Whenever i play MW3 the NAT is always STRICT Spec ops or Multiplayer
My Router is WRH54G
NOTE:Remember its PC gaming

Turn on uPnP on the router, and/or use port forwarding (via the router) to open the necessary ports for the game.

If you're in doubt about how to do it, then check the manual for your router's model.
