I ordered all my parts from them to build a new comp (except case and PSU), and everything runs great... BUT, my CD-RW and one hard drive were damaged in shipping. However, they were very happy to help me pick a different hard drive and simply exchange the burner... they answered my e-mail within an hour. I will let you know how the new burner and hard drive work once I get them.

I've never had any problems with MWave. I'm pretty sure the replacement will work just fine...

I've also had some good experiences with Mwave. My only complaint is that they charged me around $5.00 to go to their wharehouse in Los Angeles for a pickup. I was trying to avoid the S&H. No biggie, though.

I have used Mwave almost exlusivly for two years now, and have had great experiences. Until now.

One week ago today I placed an order with a value of more than $5000.00 US. It is parts for 5 computers plus a few motherboards (replacements for the crap ECS K7S5A).

One week later, my order has not shipped. I called 3 of the last 4 days (not Thanksgiving) and have recieved no information about my order. Every time they have told me there is no information available. The computer is down or soemthing.

I placed an order with them Monday (just a Hard Drive) and it is on the FedEx truck to be delivered today.

All of my parts were in stock, and I asked for nothing to be assembled or tested.

I have used them because I have always been able to count on them to ship my order within a day. They have always had all the parts I need, so I don't have to go to different vendors.

Does anyone know of a vendor that has a product catalouge as good as Mwave, and ships the orders within a day? I am looking for a new suplier and starting with a $5000.00 order. I will refuse the order from Mwave if it arrives here.

Try Newwegg.com. They have a similar selection to Multiwave and they seem to get a lot of the newer stuff faster too. They are still in California and have good shipping times.

Newegg is cheaper. Go that route. They ship fast and if you live out of california it's a steal since you don't pay sales tax.

I must chime in again on this one. I did reorder all the above ($5000+) from newegg.com and it has already arrived! They shipped very prompt AND I saved a couple of hundred $.

I had to place an order from Mwave for some things I couldn't get from newegg.com and that order has a repeat of the above. I place the order on Friday and it has still not shipped! Today is Wednesday!

After 3 years of using Mwave almost exlusively they just revcieved my last order.

I hope newegg does not let me down.
