MWAVE is not good

My one order from mwave resulted in a bait and switch. I ordered a hard to find item and they postponed shipping. When they finally sent the order it was another product from the same company but not what I'd ordered and not what they'd referred to in all our communications.

I tried to get a response from them but to no avail. When i called my credit card company it turned out they had waited for the charge to clear before sending the substitute item. It was very purposefully done; MWave acted like weasels.

Online dealers have only one thing to offer - honesty in dealing with custumers; Their products ,prices and services are usually the same as others.

I have had good experiences with newegg, boyds(printer supplies) and owc (mac supplies)among others. Mwave is just another in a long line of hacks.

thats sad. i swear, if newegg has low prices across the board or at least price matched every computer item sold i would always go with them because thats the only thing that they are lacking. their shipping and rma system owns all. expecially that 3 day shipping almost no one else can beat.

Mwave isn't bad because of just one customer, if you take a look around thier forums you will see that just about every single shopper leaves happy with thier problem resolved. You just are one of the pessimistic people that is looking for somone to hate
